I am a licensed Massage Therapist and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I also have a BA in Psychology. Helping people has always been an integral part of my life. The quest for knowledge is a continuous process through everyday experiences which I welcome with an open mind and body.

I practice a combination of Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue. Pregnancy Massage is one of my specialties.

I believe massage centered with elemental energy is vital for balance and complete happiness.
